I have been poling for about 8 years now and I have had the pleasure of teaching workshops, judge competitions and also won titles like the UK instructor champion and international Expert runner up, to name a few, but stopped competing when my daughter was born 3 years ago; I have been enjoying running my studio, looking after my amazing students and have loved training just for myself.
I own a Pole and Aerial Fitness studio in Lincoln, called Pole XS, and I have been poling for 8 years now.
