XPERT Spinning Pole teacher training is our specialised course dedicated to just spinning pole. Static pole and spin pole have such a different dynamic that it needs to be taught separately.
This training will work from complete beginners to advanced inverting on a spin pole, teaching you how to explain each move in-depth and allow your students to understand the difference of spin, learn how to control the spin and make each move look flawless. This training works through each move individually to understand each movement being taught including muscles, movement, progressions, regressions, variations, common mistakes and spotting when appropriate. You must have a minimum of 12-month pole fitness experience and be able to invert confidently. This training does have a practical and a written exam. To pass the course you must pass BOTH elements of the training and be able to confidently perform each move within the manual.You do not have to have a group exercise certificate to do our training, however to gain CEC’s with these companies you need to be a member.
