Essential Science of Heels

The XPERT Essential Science of Heels V2 is one of our most popular trainings. Recently relaunched our heels course has been developed by some of the most experienced pole heels experts in the industry.

The XPERT Essential Science of Heels V2 is designed to teach the fundamentals required to elevate and master all heel techniques. This training will prepare you to lead a multi-level Pole Heels Class by working on the essential skills needed to develop a safe and effective class structure. This course focuses on heel work, pole technique, floor work, working through safe and effective practice and how to teach the essential elements. This course will work through ankle conditioning, heel analysis, safety & aesthetics and a comprehensive library of pole and floor moves.

We require the participants to have at least 1 year previous pole experience, some heel experience is preferred as the course is aiming to teach the foundations and important elements of heels for pole and how to teach this effectively and safely in a class environment. This training does have a practical and a written exam. To pass the course you must pass BOTH elements of the training.
