Pole Fitness 3 & 4 – Static Pole

XPERT Pole Fitness 3&4 is our next level teacher training, developed for those who are looking to teach intermediate plus students in their classes. This training focuses heavily on spotting and the most important foundation tricks and spins that lead onto advanced. Following on from Static Pole 1&2 training, Static Pole 3&4 covers all you need to know to teach a safe and effective lower to higher intermediate class. The course emphasises proper form, smooth transitions and trick entry and exits. This training works through each move individually to understand each movement being taught including muscles, movement, progressions, regressions, variations, common mistakes and spotting when needed. If you are looking to teach intermediate to advanced pole this training is the perfect choice.
Our manuals are updated yearly so you can be confident that you are gaining the most up to date industry knowledge.

It is compulsory that you can invert confidently before attending this course. We recommend that you can confidently perform moves such as Superman and Inverted D . It is not compulsory but is recommended that you have taken Level 1&2 prior to the training.  If you do not, then you must have previous teaching experience. You do not have to have a group exercise certificate to do our training, however to gain CEC’s with these companies you need to be a member.

Booking Face to Face Training – If attending a face to face training, you will be given access to the pre learning upon booking. Within your online portal you will have access to a pre learning manual, you must read this and answer the written exam. Once you attend the training, you will be given a hard copy of the manual and work with the trainer who will guide you through the weekend. Your practical exam will be on the 2nd day of the training.

Booking Online Training – Once booked you will gain instant access to our online interactive manuals and videos. Work your way through your manual and workbook at your own pace and once you are ready, you can book a mentor meeting via our website. The mentor sessions are 3 hours long, they are a great opportunity to ask questions to our mentors and seek guidance. Your written exam and practical exam will be available within the portal.

Upon registering for the training, you will receive access to your pre-learning, you must complete this prior to the training.
