You will then participate in a masterclass and move on to learning each individual teaching technique throughout the afternoon. This is a teacher training therefore we do not teach you how to do the move but teach you how to teach this, including regressions, progressions and spotting techniques.

Day 2: The first part of day 2 will be your warmup masterclass and theory, this is a great time to learn warm up techniques and the importance of them.
You will then complete your practical exam; you will be given ample time to practice.
Your afternoon will be spent continuing through each technique and getting hands on training.

Practical Exam:
What does your practical exam entail?
Your practical exam is split into a few sections, depending on the training.
You will be assessed on your skill level, you will need to be able to perform at least 90% of the moves within the training, if you are unable to perform all of them you will need to be able to do the alternative moves.

You will then be assessed on your teaching skill, this assessment is not only ongoing throughout the training but will also be in a group environment with the assessment given in small groups. A list of these are within your pre learning manual. The course is a refer or pass, you will be given your results and feedback at the end of the day. The day may vary depending on the training.
