Which means that it doesn't matter which of our instructors teach our XPERT training, each instructor will have the same methodology worldwide.
Torwa Joe’s journey in fitness began at 18 years old when she became AFAA certified and started teaching Hip Hop Aerobics at a local Atlanta Gym. Since then she has completed numerous trainings such as: BOSU, Resist-Ball, Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga, Indoor Cycling, Water Aerobics & more.
She has taught at various studios and fitness centers such as Florida A & M University, Tallahassee Community College, LA Fitness, Ladies Workout Express, Southwest YMCA, to name a few.
Joe took on her first fitness leadership role as Bally Total Fitness Aerobics director in 2005 and has been a leader in fitness ever since. She has been featured on various networks such as The Real Housewives Of Atlanta, The Braxton Family Values and CBS News showcasing unique styles of fitness.
Chloe Anderson has been teaching pole for the best part of 12 years and is proud to be an Xpert Master trainer, responsible for teaching the wide variety of pole qualifications that Xpert offers. As well as teaching Xpert, Chloe is also a studio owner and head instructor at The Pole Lab in Brighton which has now been open for over 11 years.
Known for her low pole and dynamic pole combos she also teaches workshops in other studios/pole camps around the world. As well as teaching face to face Chloe also runs online classes, tutorials and workshops through her own platform: ‘Pole Rebellion’. Chloe is also an Elite Pole Competitior and has won 2 National titles. When she isn’t teaching or competing you can find her performing on pole or fly pole. Chloe loves to be on stage and mostly enjoys performing comedy/entertaining themed performances.
Jakub has been pole dancing since 2012 with a 6-year background in Latin Ballroom and Contemporary Dance. This experience has helped develop his unique, eye-catching style and choreography skills the pole world was quick to fall in love with.

Jen Bramble is a seasoned personal trainer & group fitness coach, entrepreneur, studio owner, performer, X-Pert Master Trainer, award-winning bodybuilder, vocalist, mother of two and has become her own recognizable & sought out brand of wellness & fitness in the Midwest since 1992. As a fitness coach for nearly 3 decades, she has taught at large clubs, small clubs, start-up clubs and started her own club in 2005 — Club B-FIT in West Des Moines. B-FIT was Iowa’s first group fitness training facility to offer pole fitness when it was added to the gym curriculum in 2007. Pole, aerial and dance fitness is all about movement of the body, mind, and spirit–and the three combined is truly cross-training at its finest.
Jen leads the way at B-FIT with her extensive background in strength training, dance, yoga, bodybuilding, performance and hospitality. This hands-on knowledge has won her recognition as Des Moines’ Best Personal Trainer & runner-up Best Yoga Trainer & Best Local Coach for several years consecutively. “You make me know my own strength better” (personal training client remarks 12/13/21). Jen’s unique skill sets, experience and compassionate heart — along with her desire to educate as many people as possible about the possibility of balancing life through health and fitness, resonates undeniably on and off the studio floor. As a teenager, Jazzy danced in a hip hop crew and attended the Swiss Championship twice, dancing was always Jazzys passion and gave her the opportunity to express herself through music and movement.
In 2009, she saw the German Pole Dance Championships and decided, to start with this sensual and artistic dance. The strength, elegance and femininity kept Jazzy on the pole ever since. Jazzy did her first trainer education in 2010 and started to teach beginners. Through teaching Pole Dancing Jazzy found her love for strength training and to help people getting healthy through nutrition and fitness. After making receiving her diplomas she now works as a personal- and lifestyle coach at D&R Performance in Lucerne, Switzerland next to teaching Pole Dancing at Gravity Arts and Pole Dance Luzern.
Working for XPERT enables her to combine her love for pole and health through making better instructors that teach pole safe and efficiently. Jazzy also enjoys performing and is a regular competitor, judge and guest performer at many events.
Symone has performed on pole and other aerial disciplines in Hong Kong and other countries around the world for more than 16 years. She is a sought after instructor because she was the first XPERT certified aerial instructor in Asia back in 2014 and in September 2018 she was promoted to Master Trainer.
Between 2009-2017 she ran her own studio “Pole Paradise Studio” and now continues to dedicate her time training and teaching new moves on pole, hoop (Lyra), silks (fabrics), cube, static trapeze, chains and burlesque to any and all those willing to try. Pole Paradise Studio was the first studio in the world to create an aerial combined tournament first starting locally in HK in 2010, going internationally from 2011 to 2014. Symone has mentored other similar formatted competitions that have opened since, including the US Aerial Championships and Airstars in Taiwan.
Today Symone continues to work as a Master Trainer for XPERT and is passionate about getting the next generation of pole and aerial instructors into the industry and making sure that they teach in a safe and progressive manner. Since working for XPERT she has taught over 500 students in the industry. As well as being a Master Trainer you can find her also teaching in various studios.
She continues to work closely with internationally renowned pole stars in bringing the newest and latest developments in pole to the mass market.
Leah Rose is an international instructor, performer, judge and also owns her own pole studio Chrome Roses Pole Dance which is based in Cardiff and Newport.
She has appeared on Lad Bible, Channel 4, BBC and the Mirror and has won titles in national competitions over the years.
As an XPERT Trainer and a competitive pole dancer, Leah has an insight into all styles of pole. Even though she is known for her slinky fusion Leah understands the importance of breaking down each move and sharing knowledge to be able to progress and develop. She has a strong interest in flexibility and mobility training and is a Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialist and is qualified in multiple certifications.
Vanessa is head of sales and marketing here at XPERT. Vanessa started her pole journey back in 2012, as an alternative to the regular fitness regimes, and fell in love. After attending many classes and learning as much as she could she qualified to teach pole in January 2015 and has not looked back since.
Originally a fashion buyer, after Vanessa had her son, she decided to pursue a career in Pole and Aerial and began working for XPERT as part of the administration team and also teaching at Herts Dance & Fitness. After training with XPERT she worked hard progressing on to become an XPERT trainer.
Vanessa is now a competitive pole dancer, best known for her flowy tricks and transitions. Her passion lays in teaching and bringing out the very best in her students, as well as passing on her knowledge she has gained over the years.
Vanessa is multi-disciplined and teaches pole, silks, hoop, flexibility and children’s pole and aerial and is a Master Trainer here at XPERT.
Sarah has been Pole Dancing since 2008 and found her passion for teaching early on. She ran a pole studio for around 3 years before focusing on traveling and teaching workshops and her clothing company off the pole. Sarah won Miss Pole Dance UK 2012 and Pole Theatre UK Drama 2015 and travels globally teaching, judging and performing.
Sarah is now based out of Thailand, where she runs her studio and looks after her little girl.
She holds numerous fitness and mobility qualifications and strongly believes in the XPERT ethos of instructing ‘safely and effectively’ Sarah began working with XPERT in 2011.
Lottie is a UK based pole dancer, instructor, writer and blogger. When she isn’t busy up the pole or jotting down notes on her laptop, Lottie is also an up and coming face on the pole competition scene, with a passion for theatrical, Classique style pieces. Her pole and aerial journey only started back in 2018, so being on the XPERT team and being able to call so many industry legends colleagues is an absolute dream come true. You can catch up with Lottie once a month through her blog on the XPERT website, where she shares her tips on a range of pole and aerial subjects, gives sneak peeks at XPERT HQ and events, and talks to some of the faces that make up the prestigious XPERT family.
When Lottie isn’t busy with pole and aerial activities, she likes nothing more than cuddling up with her cat, Pancake, and enjoying a good podcast.

Stacey is continually updating and adding to the XPERT programs, making sure they are up to date and the best in the industry. Stacey has been training Pole since 2004 and practising Aerial since 2011. Stacey is a qualified fitness instructor, Aerial Yoga / Pilates instructor, Circus Fit, Aerial Hoop, Children’s Pole and Aerial instructor, and is passionate about the Pole & Aerial industry.
Stacey has worked for XPOLE International since 2005 and continues to work closely in development and training. She also owns her own studio Herts Dance & Fitness. Stacey is the co-organiser of Pole Theatre UK and Exotic Generation UK.
Stacey has won IFS Health & Fitness Manager of the year 2016 and 2018 IPC Industry Award.
Archer is a pole dancing enthusiast and coach extraordinaire. She has been poling since 2009 and has been hooked ever since. As an ambitious poler, Archer progressed quickly to performing, competing and teaching, earning a few titles along the way. Throughout her tenure she has focused on coaching and developing up and coming polers by giving them a place to learn, play and grow. She has found her passion in helping polers find their niche. Archer is an Executive Studio Manager and Competition Training Director. She loves pole dance in all aspects and invites everyone to come learn and play with her! Archer has assisted on re writing the Essential Science Of Heels and also our body image section of the manual.
Archer now embarks on a new position at XPERT Fitness as Head of Sales and Marketing in the USA, South America and Canada.
Originally from Virginia Beach VA, Shaina began her professional training in high school, obtaining her BA in Dance Performance. While in college, she continued to hone her technique and performance abilities with Virginia-based contemporary ballet/modern dance companies from 2004-2009. In 2010, Shaina made the move to NYC in search of new opportunities in the dance world.
Shaina is the US National Pole Dance Champion, In 2014 she created contemPOLEary DANCE workshops, a unique combo of contemporary dance and pole dance.
Shaina moved back to her home town Va Beach, VA to share with the pole community her passion for pole dance after 30+ years of dance/movement training. She has a broad skill set in choreography, competitive training, performance, and instruction. Her extensive movement background encompasses the depth of knowledge, creativity and critical eye required to educate aspiring artists, performers, and competitors. With a true passion for teaching, Shaina inspires each student to achieve their highest goals in technical complexity, self-expression, and fluidity.

Dalijah Franklin is a dancer, performer and obsessive life giver who loves to inspire women to dream big and achieve their goals. An Ohio native, She is a graduate of The Ohio State University and Tri-State College of Acupuncture with a Masters of Science in Acupuncture. Dalijah has been pole dancing for over 14 years and teaching all over the world. She is the host of The Black Girl Fit Files Podcast and the founder of Black Girls Pole, a global movement diversifying the pole and aerial community by inspiring and educating women of color about pole fitness. As a member of the pole community, she wanted to empower more BIPOC women to start pole dancing and provide them with a platform to be seen, elevated and celebrated. Since its inception, Black Girls Pole has gone on to host events and retreats around the world from London to Bermuda to Costa Rica and built a community of over 140K followers of all colors, shapes and sizes!
Jo Dandridge is an Xpert Elite Trainer. She has been doing Pole for over 14 years and has been highly regarded in the fitness industry for 20+ years. Jo trained in many forms of dance when she was younger including Ballet, Modern, Latin and Ballroom. Jo teaches Pole, Aerial Hoop and Hammock Certifications and also Mental Health Awareness. She is also an Internal Verifier for the Xpert trainings. You will see Jo regularly on the Pole Competition circuit as a judge – she has judged UKPPC, Kent Pole Championships, Pole Art UK, Pole Theatre Amateur, Airstars Asia and UKAPP. She’s also worked at many fitness exhibitions including FIBO, The International Fitness Convention, Fitcamps and many more. Jo’s passion lies in teaching, ensuring that students learn with safe and effective techniques and is passionate about helping new instructors to become the best they can!
Lorna Walker started her pole and aerial journey over 13 years ago.
In 2013 Lorna Walker was crowned Miss Pole Dance UK, and since then has gone on to represent the UK at the World Pole Dance Championships in 2014 and 2015.
Lorna is an Xpert Elite Trainer, helping to develop and teach the Xpert Instructor Training Programmes for Pole and Aerial since 2014. She has been fortunate enough to travel internationally to teach the programmes for many years, including countries like The Philippines, Indonesia and China.
Lorna also runs one of the leading pole and aerial schools in the UK ‘Pole Athletes’, which offers alternative fitness and aerial classes in Derbyshire/ South Yorkshire. Here she teaches many disciplines including Pole, Aerial, Yoga and Flexibility.
Lorna has recently had some time out to start a family. She can’t wait to regain her fitness through the newly launched Xpert Pre/Post Natal programme and be back out in the industry helping people achieve their dreams too.
Amy loves all things pole, aerial and chocolate (preferably bunny shaped and made by Lindt!)
She has been doing pole for 13 years and had the pleasure to run a studio for over 10 of those!
With numerous health, fitness, biomechanics, aerial and nutrition-based certifications, with a particular passion for anatomy and physiology, Amy loves to learn. She is a huge fan of the more classical forms of dance like ballet, teaching herself in her later teens.
Amy loves sharing her knowledge, experience and passion for pole, flexibility, aerial and teaching through the range of incredible Xpert courses.
When she is not teaching, she is a busy mum to 2 gorgeous children.
Amy is a professional competitor who has won numerous titles over the years.
She says ‘I love Xpert because we continually work so hard to improve, update and make our courses Amazing! Offering face to face training is something I’m hugely passionate about, but I also love that we can now reach all corners of the globe with our online trainings.’
Hannah is the owner of Pink Kitten Dance School in Bristol where she teaches a wide variety of classes including pole, silks, aerial hoop, aerial yoga and flexibility. She took her first pole dance class in 2005 and began teaching a few years after. Her new found passion for flying around on a pole lead her to train in aerial silks, hoop and corde lisse. In 2012 having taught classes in function rooms, nightclubs and gyms she opened her first studio space, since then Pink Kitten has gone from strength to strength and now occupies 4 studios teaching over 400 students. Hannah loves teaching and watching all her students progress and grow in both strength and confidence. Proud to be invited to work for Xpert in 2018 she is excited to train the next generation of instructors.
Kristina is the owner of Phases Dance and Fitness Studio where she teaches pole and aerial classes in Margate, Kent. Her background is in many styles of dance and gymnastics so making the switch to pole and aerial was a natural progression. She began teaching in 2010 as well as competing in which she now specialises in doubles with her sister. Kris has been working for XPERT since 2015, starting with pole, then moved on to teaching the aerial courses and have recently written the static trapeze course which has just gone live. Outside of Xpert and her studio she is also a registered osteopath and will quite happily chat about anatomy/ pole specific anatomy all day long.
Jade is a highly skilled performer and instructor who has been training in pole and aerial for over 8 years. She teaches across several different studios as well as performing and teaching internationally.
Jade holds a number of national titles including placing second at Miss Pole Dance UK Professional in 2018, this gave her the opportunity to represent the UK at the World Pole Dance Championships in 2019 where she placed in the top 5!
Jade has judged and organised a number of competitions and so is experienced from all angels of competing. She is the co owner of Pole Theatre UK & Exotic Generation UK.
Jade loves to train and figure out the next cool combo or trick so that she can share that knowledge when she teaches. Jade is now an XPERT Trainer and is excited to be able to share her passion.
Natalie has owned Urban Circus Pole & Aerial Studios based in North Yorkshire for over a decade. She first tried pole as an act of rebellion at the age of 17 and was trained up as instructor within a few short months. She had a back ground in martial arts and so was attracted to the strength side of the sport much more so than the dance or performance aspect. However like most, she now loves every part and is living proof that anyone can do pole and aerial – dance background or not!
She is a level 4 personal trainer and practicing sports therapist specialising in pre and postnatal rehabilitation and lower back pain management. Natalie’s love lies in the technical, anatomical and science side of pole and aerial and this comes across in her instruction style. She’s also the very proud mother of two beautiful (and cheeky) girls and had the pleasure of writing the XPERT pre & postnatal course.
Tara Meyer is an Internationally recognized Elite Pole Champion, the only competitor to have won both the OG Pole Fitness at Olympia and the PCS Arnold Classic— the two most prestigious international pole championships. She has also performed in Cirque du Soleil as their pole soloist.
Tara travels the globe as an elite performer, competition judge, coach and is the owner of VogueFit (Aerial Studio in Canada). Her extensive formal dance background, combined with an audacious creativity, champion’s work ethic, and generous heart, makes Tara a treasure for the global pole community, as she offers a unique contribution to every event in which she participates.

Clare has been dancing for 19 years, has studied dance, exercise to music and has been teaching Pole Fitness for 8 years. With a degree in Business Management, in 2009 she decided to merge her love for dance with her business skills and began building her own dance school. Clare now runs her Aerial Fitness Studio where she teaches Pole Fitness, Aerial Hoop, Aerial Silks and Anti Gravity Yoga.
Clare loves to dance and gets the great satisfaction from teaching people and watching them perform! Her aim is to ensure everyone can learn and progress in a safe and comfortable environment. Claire has recently entered her first competitions and won Exotic Generation UK New Face in 2019.
Lea is from Germany and discovered her passion for dancing when she was a child. She started with ballet and rhythmic gymnastics and continued with different styles such as Jazz- and Modern Dance, HipHop and Cheer. After high school Lea passed an integrated degree program as a Fitness Coach and completed a dance education in different styles as well. After working in the Fitness Scene for a couple of years, Lea decided to compete in Bodybuilding competitions in 2014.
In 2011 Lea started to teach herself how to pole-dance. Since 2013 she has been teaching pole-dance in a Pole-dance school in Mannheim. Her first pole-dance competition was in 2015 and by 2019 she had won multiple of competitions. In 2019 Lea was invited to perform at the German TV Show „Das Supertalent“ to represent Pole Dance as a sport and art style on TV. Since 2019 Lea has been part of the XPERT Team, Lea loves to teach pole and also loves to perform because Pole-Dance is her first passion in life. Pole-dance is a perfect mix of strength, flexibility, dancing and elegance – that´s why she loves it so much.
Anna is from Czech and she is passionate about dancing since her childhood. She started with a sport aerobic, disco dance and street dance. Together with disco dance crew she become twice Czech Champion.
Later she continued with her passion for sport and become an aerobic & fitness instructor when she turned 16 years old. 2013 was a life changer when she felt in love with Pole Dance. She is a certificated Pole Dance Instructor since 2016.
Anna is currently teaching in Amsterdam where she is mainly focused on Pole Dance, Exotic Pole Dance and Flexibility classes. Her passion is to create a unique choreography and helped others to prepare for a performance or competition. Also, on her own she is enjoying being on the stage.
She loves teaching, coaching and education others, that’s why she decided to study the science of sport and chose a Physical Education and Geography Science at Charles University. She finished her master degree in 2020.
Since 2021 Anna has been part of the XPERT Team and she now an X-pert Trainer.
Andrea is a Sydney based professional pole dancer, studio owner & instructor with over 25 years experience in the fitness industry and 10yrs in the pole industry.
She is also an X-Pole Ambassador. In 2014 Andrea won the Australian Pole Championships in 2014, and recently in 2018 won the prestigious title of International Ultimate Pole Champion. She has represented Australia Internationally on many occasions.
Andrea has earned a respected global reputation as a pole dancer, competitor, instructor & judge and is known for her strength & grace style. With an extensive background in gymnastics, dance, sportive aerobics and the fitness industry Andrea is an expert when it comes to coaching & spotting techniques. She’s extremely passionate with her teaching style and loves seeing people achieve their goals.
Fallon is the owner of Studio La Femme in Coldwater, Michigan. She is a proud US Air Force Veteran of 8 years, and a member of the Queer Community. She brings 36 years dance experience, and 14 years pole experience to the XPert Team. Her studio has been voted “The Best School of Dance” in her community since their opening three years ago. She has over 18 years training leaders in the Mental Health, and Pole Dance professions. We’re elated to bring Fallon onboard to the XPert Team.
Betty’s pole and aerial journey began as a spicy side quest to support her musical theatre background, and quickly became her main passion. She has been teaching since 2012 in studios across Canada. She currently teaches full time and manages the Aerial Program at Brass Butterflies in Waterloo, Ontario.
Betty has been an active member of the competition scene for over a decade, as a competitor, coach, and judge. She loves performing, and has won several titles, including First Place in Aerial Hoop at the 2019 National Championships. She is best known for her dynamic skills and twisty transitions.
Her training includes many disciplines such as aerial hoop, pole, aerial hammock, silks, dance trapeze, sway pole, fire dancing, and ballet. Betty believes in continuous education and exploration, and loves deep diving into the anatomical and technical aspects of pole and aerials. Her background in the physiotherapy industry as both a Clinic Manager and Stretch Therapist, as well as years working as a Personal Trainer, have shaped her approach to fitness, pole, and aerials.
Outside of aerials, Betty is passionate about reading, coffee, and cats.
FouFou is a german pole dancer with vietnamese roots. She loves pole, food and was hooked on stripper heels since the very first time she wore them.
She started pole in 2015 with no dancing or sports background and had to work hard for her achievements. But this has turned into her teaching advantage since she knows where the difficulties lay and can help her students understand the technique better.
The ability to turn a disadvantage into an advantage is what she aims to show her students because she truly believes that everybody can pole dance no matter what size, gender or ethnic background.
Last year she won her category during Exotic Generation Switzerland and was a finalist at Pole Theatre UK.
Next to pole she has a muggle job as a Brand- and Product Manager and is excited to become a dog mom soon.
Alicia has been instructing and performing in the industry since 2013 and specialises in pole, hoop and silks. She has also trained in acro, hand balance and contortion.
Alicia is a performance coach and choreographer and has contributed to her students winning national titles in pole, hoop, silks and sexy style dance. She is an experienced judge and has judged numerous competitions across the UK.
Vakiesha Wimberly is a professional pole athlete with over a decade of experience coaching, competing, and performing.
In 2007 her athletic career began in Atlanta, GA where became a certified personal trainer and taught a variety of fitness classes to include cardio kickboxing, strength and conditioning, boot camp, Pilates fusion, and more.
While working as a fitness professional she was introduced to competitive pole dance fitness. She competed and placed in several national Pole Fitness competitions and had been invited as a guest judge to several others. In addition to her competitive achievements; she traveled teaching pole workshops and instructor training for a variety of studios in the United States.
Vakiesha is a United States Pole Dance Federation (USPDF) Professional Pole Athlete (2018), aerial enthusiast, and holds several pole instructor & fitness certifications.
She currently teaches Specialty Pole Classes & Workshops in Colorado that combine the worlds of Aerial & Pole to give students a new and exciting experience!!
Lydia was dancing since her childhood and started teaching dance and gymnastics classes for kids as an assistant-trainer when she was 14 years old and as a master trainer in the age of 18.
She participated successfully with her groups in championships (for example they won the German Open in Musical and Showdance) and run through many different dance, fitness and gymnastics teacher training.
2013 Pole Dance and Aerial came back into her life (her first love was the trapeze when she was a kid) and in 2015 she started teaching and getting certified in many different kinds of aerial arts, flexibility and counter trainings.
In December 2016 she opened her own studio Moving Art Studios in Kaufering, Bavaria, Germany – a school for Pole Dance, Aerial Arts, Flexibility and Dance. Now she is working as fulltime studio owner and instructor, with collaborations with the theatre and a German pole magazine.
Together with her husband Andreas, who is a professional photographer, she´s travelling around with their project “Moving Art Images” to offer photo shootings for pole and aerial students.
Lydia has participated in all XPERT teacher trainings and is very thankful to be part of this outstanding team to share professional teaching knowledge.
Yobanna is the owner of My Gravity Fitness & Dance in London. She opened the school in 2013 and runs classes full time, including pole dancing, aerial hoop, aerial silk, aerial hammock and a variety of fitness classes.
In 2007 Yobanna discovered pole dancing and was instantly addicted to all things up side down. She started teaching pole and aerial in 2012.
Yobanna grew up loving all sports, particularly excelling in martial arts where she competed and won national titles. As an adult she Joined the London Fire Brigade and was a London Firefighter for 13 years.
Yobanna loves being an X-pert trainer as it gives her the opportunity to share her passion for teaching all things Aerial as well as teaching future instructors the amazing X-pert certifications.
Yobanna loves to perform and occasionally compete. She became KPC professional winner 2018.
Yobanna Runs The London Pole Championships which is the 1st regional pole competition run in central London.
Brittny Ravotti is a dedicated teacher of various forms of fitness and dance.
Discovering a natural knack for pole in 2009 she immediately booked every spare moment at the studio.
Outgrowing her studio she trained with Fawnia Mondey completing her first dance certification in 2011. From there she was off! Obtaining teaching certifications through NESTA, FlyGym and Liquid Motion before being asked aboard by XPERT. In 2020, she completed her RYT 200 Hour in Tantra Hatha Vinyasa yoga and meditation. In the spirit of continuing education, she updated her general fitness certification through ACE in 2021.
Obsessed with body awareness since childhood Brittny delightfully applied self taught movement to yoga starting in 2007, and credits yoga for her transition into healthy living. Once discovering pole dancing though, yoga almost went out the window.
Students know her class to be dense with technique, expect endless cues with meticulous breakdown. Being known for extreme fluidity landed her a first paid performance in 2012 at the birthday party of reality TV show winner Jenna Morasca of Survivor. Brittny’s also enjoyed performing in Pittsburgh through the years at art shows.
When she isn’t glued to a pole, her love of hiking mountains transcends her aversion to walking. She loves travel, Burning Man, and enjoys volunteer work.
Brittny joined the XPERT team as an Assistant Master Trainer at the International Pole Convention in 2019 and intends to teach until her walker obstructs the way. She currently teaches at Fitness Envi near her hometown in PA and travels the US to certify teachers in the XPERT program.
Jacky’s passion is dance, aerial dance and entrepreneurship. She loves to teach, being feminine, teaching self-confidence and body positivity.
Jacky danced as a solo dancer in carnival for many years. 5 years ago she started Pole Dance and fell in love.
Jacky although a university tutor at the German Sport University for finance and owner and founder of 78DANCE! an dance- and acrobatic school says her passion in acrobatics are the beginner student. To see them growing is amazing.
Her motto is: “be unique and you” because life is too short for being a different person.
Annie Norris has been in the industry for over 20 years and owns Pure-Studios in Hereford where she teaches pole and aerial. Annie has won and competed at top level competitions all around the world. When she’s not teaching, Annie also judges competitions, performs and presents seminars. Her absolute passion is to teach and help others reach heights they never knew they could. When Annie isn’t upside down on a pole she likes to spend time with her husband Kieran, is a mummy to her son Hunter and two fur babies Frank and Pepper the sausage dogs.
Torwa Joe’s journey in fitness began at 18 years old when she became AFAA certified and started teaching Hip Hop Aerobics at a local Atlanta Gym. Since then she has completed numerous trainings such as: BOSU, Resist-Ball, Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga, Indoor Cycling, Water Aerobics & more.
She has taught at various studios and fitness centers such as Florida A & M University, Tallahassee Community College, LA Fitness, Ladies Workout Express, Southwest YMCA, to name a few.
Joe took on her first fitness leadership role as Bally Total Fitness Aerobics director in 2005 and has been a leader in fitness ever since. She has been featured on various networks such as The Real Housewives Of Atlanta, The Braxton Family Values and CBS News showcasing unique styles of fitness.
Symone has performed on pole and other aerial disciplines in Hong Kong and other countries around the world for more than 16 years. She is a sought after instructor because she was the first XPERT certified aerial instructor in Asia back in 2014 and in September 2018 she was promoted to Master Trainer.
Between 2009-2017 she ran her own studio “Pole Paradise Studio” and now continues to dedicate her time training and teaching new moves on pole, hoop (Lyra), silks (fabrics), cube, static trapeze, chains and burlesque to any and all those willing to try. Pole Paradise Studio was the first studio in the world to create an aerial combined tournament first starting locally in HK in 2010, going internationally from 2011 to 2014. Symone has mentored other similar formatted competitions that have opened since, including the US Aerial Championships and Airstars in Taiwan.
Today Symone continues to work as a Master Trainer for XPERT and is passionate about getting the next generation of pole and aerial instructors into the industry and making sure that they teach in a safe and progressive manner. Since working for XPERT she has taught over 500 students in the industry. As well as being a Master Trainer you can find her also teaching in various studios.
She continues to work closely with internationally renowned pole stars in bringing the newest and latest developments in pole to the mass market.
Leah Rose is an international instructor, performer, judge and also owns her own pole studio Chrome Roses Pole Dance which is based in Cardiff and Newport.
She has appeared on Lad Bible, Channel 4, BBC and the Mirror and has won titles in national competitions over the years.
As an XPERT Trainer and a competitive pole dancer, Leah has an insight into all styles of pole. Even though she is known for her slinky fusion Leah understands the importance of breaking down each move and sharing knowledge to be able to progress and develop. She has a strong interest in flexibility and mobility training and is a Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialist and is qualified in multiple certifications.
Vanessa is head of sales and marketing here at XPERT. Vanessa started her pole journey back in 2012, as an alternative to the regular fitness regimes, and fell in love. After attending many classes and learning as much as she could she qualified to teach pole in January 2015 and has not looked back since.
Originally a fashion buyer, after Vanessa had her son, she decided to pursue a career in Pole and Aerial and began working for XPERT as part of the administration team and also teaching at Herts Dance & Fitness. After training with XPERT she worked hard progressing on to become an XPERT trainer.
Vanessa is now a competitive pole dancer, best known for her flowy tricks and transitions. Her passion lays in teaching and bringing out the very best in her students, as well as passing on her knowledge she has gained over the years.
Vanessa is multi-disciplined and teaches pole, silks, hoop, flexibility and children’s pole and aerial and is a Master Trainer here at XPERT.
Stacey Snedden is the International Sales Manager and Head of Training and Development here at XPERT Fitness. Stacey is continually updating and adding to the XPERT programs, making sure they are up to date and the best in the industry. Stacey has been training Pole since 2004 and practising Aerial since 2011. Stacey is a qualified fitness instructor, Aerial Yoga / Pilates instructor, Circus Fit, Aerial Hoop, Children’s Pole and Aerial instructor, and is passionate about the Pole & Aerial industry.
Stacey has worked for XPOLE International since 2005 and continues to work closely in development and training. She also owns her own studio Herts Dance & Fitness. Stacey is the co-organiser of Pole Theatre UK and Exotic Generation UK.
Stacey has won IFS Health & Fitness Manager of the year 2016 and 2018 IPC Industry Award.
Archer is a pole dancing enthusiast and coach extraordinaire. She has been poling since 2009 and has been hooked ever since. As an ambitious poler, Archer progressed quickly to performing, competing and teaching, earning a few titles along the way. Throughout her tenure she has focused on coaching and developing up and coming polers by giving them a place to learn, play and grow. She has found her passion in helping polers find their niche. Archer is an Executive Studio Manager and Competition Training Director. She loves pole dance in all aspects and invites everyone to come learn and play with her! Archer has assisted on re writing the Essential Science Of Heels and also our body image section of the manual.
Archer now embarks on a new position at XPERT Fitness as Head of Sales and Marketing in the USA, South America and Canada.
Lorna Walker started her pole and aerial journey over 13 years ago.
In 2013 Lorna Walker was crowned Miss Pole Dance UK, and since then has gone on to represent the UK at the World Pole Dance Championships in 2014 and 2015.
Lorna is an Xpert Elite Trainer, helping to develop and teach the Xpert Instructor Training Programmes for Pole and Aerial since 2014. She has been fortunate enough to travel internationally to teach the programmes for many years, including countries like The Philippines, Indonesia and China.
Lorna also runs one of the leading pole and aerial schools in the UK ‘Pole Athletes’, which offers alternative fitness and aerial classes in Derbyshire/ South Yorkshire. Here she teaches many disciplines including Pole, Aerial, Yoga and Flexibility.
Lorna has recently had some time out to start a family. She can’t wait to regain her fitness through the newly launched Xpert Pre/Post Natal programme and be back out in the industry helping people achieve their dreams too.
Amy loves all things pole, aerial and chocolate (preferably bunny shaped and made by Lindt!)
She has been doing pole for 13 years and had the pleasure to run a studio for over 10 of those!
With numerous health, fitness, biomechanics, aerial and nutrition-based certifications, with a particular passion for anatomy and physiology, Amy loves to learn. She is a huge fan of the more classical forms of dance like ballet, teaching herself in her later teens.
Amy loves sharing her knowledge, experience and passion for pole, flexibility, aerial and teaching through the range of incredible Xpert courses.
When she is not teaching, she is a busy mum to 2 gorgeous children.
Amy is a professional competitor who has won numerous titles over the years.

Hannah is the owner of Pink Kitten Dance School in Bristol where she teaches a wide variety of classes including pole, silks, aerial hoop, aerial yoga and flexibility. She took her first pole dance class in 2005 and began teaching a few years after. Her new found passion for flying around on a pole lead her to train in aerial silks, hoop and corde lisse. In 2012 having taught classes in function rooms, nightclubs and gyms she opened her first studio space, since then Pink Kitten has gone from strength to strength and now occupies 4 studios teaching over 400 students. Hannah loves teaching and watching all her students progress and grow in both strength and confidence. Proud to be invited to work for Xpert in 2018 she is excited to train the next generation of instructors.
Jade is a highly skilled performer and instructor who has been training in pole and aerial for over 8 years. She teaches across several different studios as well as performing and teaching internationally.
Jade holds a number of national titles including placing second at Miss Pole Dance UK Professional in 2018, this gave her the opportunity to represent the UK at the World Pole Dance Championships in 2019 where she placed in the top 5!
Jade has judged and organised a number of competitions and so is experienced from all angels of competing. She is the co owner of Pole Theatre UK & Exotic Generation UK.
Jade loves to train and figure out the next cool combo or trick so that she can share that knowledge when she teaches. Jade is now an XPERT Trainer and is excited to be able to share her passion.
Natalie has owned Urban Circus Pole & Aerial Studios based in North Yorkshire for over a decade. She first tried pole as an act of rebellion at the age of 17 and was trained up as instructor within a few short months. She had a back ground in martial arts and so was attracted to the strength side of the sport much more so than the dance or performance aspect. However like most, she now loves every part and is living proof that anyone can do pole and aerial – dance background or not!
She is a level 4 personal trainer and practicing sports therapist specialising in pre and postnatal rehabilitation and lower back pain management. Natalie’s love lies in the technical, anatomical and science side of pole and aerial and this comes across in her instruction style. She’s also the very proud mother of two beautiful (and cheeky) girls and had the pleasure of writing the XPERT pre & postnatal course.
